Hi Lego I'm a huge fan
I hope that he does well in Carolina and maybe the change of scenery will foster that for him. As a Habs fan, I'm thrilled that Gorton/Hughes did not gamble any part of the future for this under-achieving player that a lot of fans were hyping as a future Hab.
It's like you don't know about hockey if you thought it would be more then this
Interesting fact: Olli Jokinen is head coach of Patrik Puistola's team.
I am kinda shocked. That they could get anything. Im shocked they didn't have to bundle a pick with him to get someone to take that contract.
Doesn't help Carolina. He's going to be useless.
Does give Puljujarvi a chance to prove himself. Good Luck Jesse.
He's not worth $1 million right now.
It's a rare Low risk win/win for both teams
Low risk Win win trade, glad the oilers got the cap space they needed to get a big name player
I want to hear your thoughts on Brock Mcginn being placed on waivers by the pens having 10 goals this season
Maybe Carolina will have puljajarvis helmet size in stock
Point per game is very rare in Liiga. Out of the top 20 scorers this season only 3 are point per game. So don't be too worried that Puistola is not point per game.
Lots of us Finns in CAR, reunited with Aho.. I think he is going to be ok. EDM was a bad match for him.
Well thatās 2 first round busts this decade great draft management by the coilers
PuljujƤrvi was simply too good of a doormat for Edmonton to trade earlier. Like a bad marriage that shouldn't have happen in the first place. Now we just need Laine to move to Carolina so we get the hurricane line Laine-Aho-PuljujƤrvi together.
Yeah it's a low risk investment for both teams. Only thing is that Imagine IF Columbus trades Laine to Canes then we would maybe see PuljujƤrvi – Aho – Laine again. Probably never gonna happen, but one can dream about it. Canes can quickly try PuljujƤrvi with Aho or with Kotkaniemi and TerƤvƤinen, if that doesn't work out -> PuljujƤrvi to bottom 6
Imagine a player that didn't live up to his hype thats what you're getting with jesse
