Lightning had their full complement of players in that game while the Leafs sat Matthews, Marner, Lafferty, Giordano, Samsonov. The Leafs also played their AHL goalie and were a player short on the bench the entire night. Tampa also had 8 PP opportinities, you be the judge.

The amount of powerplays the bolts had is a bit concerning…i mean even the sissy calls led to the lightning having a powerplay…
