It’s probably just confirmation bias because as Ranger fans we always feel like we’re always going uphill, but it really does seem like every review or questionable call goes against the Rangers. At least these were justifiable ones.
The one I always go back to: I was at a game in 2012 where Marian Gaborik got cross-checked into Marty Brodeur just as Artem Anisimov scored the tying goal at the buzzer of what had been a 1-0 nail biter. It was disallowed, yielding probably the angriest MSG crowd I have ever been a part of. To this day I have no idea what goalie interference is or is not, so I go by “Goalie interference is whatever will hurt the Rangers in that moment.” Because if we use that ruling as an actual template, then I guess any defender can always just shove an opponent into his goalie to prevent a goal from counting? If so, there should be a lot more 0-0 games resolved in shootouts, because why wouldn’t you always do that?

Need to do away with coach challenge and reviews just play the game. If a call is missed oh well or just have everything reviewed and it will take 4 hours to play a game
