Fensore is an undersized defenceman at 5′ 7″ and 150 pounds but is a good skater with solid offensive abilities and an incredible work ethic. Captained BU his senior year when they reached the frozen four. Will be interesting to see how he does in the AHL next year.

BU has him listed at 5-9 170lbs now. Heights/weights are usually always exaggerated but it looks like the article in the op is using his attributes from when he was drafted several years ago.
Good signing, has potential to be NHL player if he can work around his size. Spurgeon has and he’s smaller too
I have flashbacks to Ryan Murphy whenever folks talk about small d-men who are “good skaters with offensive abilities”

If he fits the system he could be a good call up when we need him. Our defensive core is stacked right now though and I don’t see him being a necessary addition to the roster after this season.
Unless his arms are unusually long for 5’7” height, what can he realistically do in the NHL as a defenseman with no reach? Genuinely asking. Can quickness be enough these days?
