I think the Bruins win, but I don't think it will be a sweep.
If Bennett is coming back for Florida and Bergeron is out for game one and maybe even game two I could see this game absolutely going 7 games.
And to me in my opinion Boston needs to be pushed by a player like Tkachuk
The panthers have been rolling since that "Soft team" remark. I feel like they're going to have a lot to prove in this series.
Not saying they'll win, but they're gonna make it a fight.

Swayman has a 2.27 GAA and a .920 SV%, so I wouldn't be surprised at all if they sat Ullmark for a game or two

The Panthers played close to Boston all season, there on a roll, and Boston just seems more injurie risked. That being said Boston in 5-6. Florida steal a game or 2

Bruins have been playing playoff style hockey all season, it’s literally why they preformed so well. I don’t think they have anything too special when everyone else is playing to break down the defensive structure the bruins have created. I can totally see a brutal upset with this. The Panthers are still built for playoff hockey and seem to have a lot of answers for the bruins key pieces, the coaching and change in energy is where panthers have a chance to surprise and possibly outplay the bruins. I say panthers in 6.
Tkachuk is on the second line? With his points this year he should be on the first.
As a boston fan I even gave panthers 2 games. I think they take a home game and a game at the garden
I agree 100% with Jesse.. I saw the Bruins and others teams ride a hot goalie until it was too late… play the backup for a game at least especially if way up. It seems many goalies are not designed to play more than 2-3 games in a row tops… a lot like MLB pitchers..
Panthers in six
As a Flames fan, I feel this playoffs is going to rub more salt into our wounds after our team decided to revert back to being infuriatingly agonizing to watch (now with more dysfunction on the horizon).
I have a bad feeling: Matthew Tkachuk is going to carry the Panthers to the Stanley cup final just to prove to Calgary how much we miss him.
Huberdeau was supposed to provide comfort after the loss of Tkachuk, but he only reinforced how much I miss him. I wouldn’t be surprised (but still distraught) if the finals matchup is between Edmonton Oilers and Florida Panthers just to spite Calgary Flames fans.
Everything about the Boston V Florida series screams major upset as the Bruins have more room to fall apart after a historic regular season. Let the Calgary Flames fan salt train commence…😢

They should be starting the series without the rat because of his recent hit on Michael McLeod, but the league is decided that they care more about ratings than player safety, again.
Bergeron hasn't played that much of late anyways and still won so not a horrible thing…granted they are better with Bergeron and probably don't need him until second round
