Nathan MacKinnon made sure the Colorado Avalanche would complete one of the most strenuous seasons in Avalanche history at the top of the Central Division.
The Avs superstar scored four points including his third goal with just over a minute left in the game vs the Nashville Predators to give the Avalanche another division title. One that looked like a pipe dream halfway through the season.
Now the Avalanche take a few days to get ready for a newcomer to the playoffs in the Seattle Kraken.

Time for the Av’s to “Smoke the Kraken!”
This year I am not nervous as the Avalanche have done it last season. So I am relaxed watching a hopefully very entertaining series against the Kraken. My bet, get out the brooms 🧹🧹🧹🧹 4-0 for the Avalanche and the other teams will be VERY scared. As MacFarland said, Makar, Manson, Malgin, and Cogliano might be back, so the Avs can just play the playoffs without any chip on their shoulders.
