After closer look at this series canes struggle offensively as well. They are 9-8-1 since shev went down and he is done for the playoffs as isles get barzal back. Looks like a very low scoring series. Canes got the first two at ughh barclays (thanks to that schmuck bettman not letting isles play at coli) in '19. Lets see if isles can get the jump in nc this time. With shev out aho and necas plus burns from the blue line are the ones to watch for. Canes scored 262 gf, 15 more than isles yet their pp was 19th. On the other hand canes pk was 2nd. Isles problematic pp was 30th. Canes play a fast puck hog game. Can isles keep up with that and generate enough scoring chances and cash a few in when they do will be the story in this series.
