  1. Looks like Knies will not play at least initially for Leafs… wearing a grey jersey in practice meaning he likely not on starting squad.

  2. Things already starting to fall into place for Florida Panthers 6 2 opening game win :). Bergeron compared to not having Sam Bennett seems like an even hehe. ONe guy is making Hall of FAme winning Selke while the other might return in time to play :). Wild without Sundqvist will really be behind the 8 ball :). Murray hopefully can rest when Toronto Sweeps TAmpa Bay in First round ;). Well Fleury can't win Stanley Cup as 2 of those 3 Rings are from Murray. AS when he was in the Finals he was Lit up especially for VEgas Knights. Though he had to lose for those casinos to not have to pay out. Either way he played well in the one final he won against Detroit. Guy is not good like Quick or Real 2 Time STanely Cup Winning guy with 32 Wins hehe ;).

  3. Remember in the 2013 Cup finals when Bergeron played with a broken rib, punctured lung, and separated shoulder? That was wild.

  4. Beregeron being questionable is scary. 2nd best faceoff man and best 2 way player in the league.

  5. Not sure where you got the information that Bergeron was questionable for game 1. But straight from Montgomery it's just extra rest. Montgomery had some hard scrimmages at practice to see where Foligno and Forbort are at so he told Bergeron to rest. He even sent Marchand home from practice. I'm 100 percent certain Bergeron will be on the ice for game 1.

  6. If Bergeron even misses just one game, that would give Florida a chance for a strong start.

Great news about Ek, that's big for the Wild.

  7. Bottom line is Bergeron and Marchand would be healthier today had they sat out in Montréal. And it's not a question of hindsight. I and many others had said some of the key veterans shouldn't have even made that trip. Smdh. But hey they got that meaningless 65th victory.

  8. Not on the news board, but apparently Mattias Samuelsson was playing with both a broken hand and sprained MCL… What a warrior

  9. JEE is key for the wild. Unbelievable pressure on BOSTON After the historic yr they had.. panthers have a hot goalie in Alex Lyons but D is mehh. Matthew tkachuk is a beast tho.

  10. Let's hope third times a charm with record-setting (or tying) wins records. '96 Red Wings and 2018 Bolts (swept!) both struck out. Having things too easy might not help in a Cup run. Ulmark had Hasek numbers (except Hasek had to steal games in Buffalo) this season. He overachieved. I'd hate for his lack of Playoff experience to trip him up.

  11. I don't want to speak for ye olde Hockey Gods, but if the Leafs don't get past the 1st round at least this year….. then I'll be back again to cheer/complain for them next year.

  12. I understand that Samsonov is trying to pump up his team, but he is delirious. It's Boston right now. There is no debate about it

  13. I’m worried that Ek is going to push himself too fast and re injure himself. He’s one of the toughest guys in the league and would absolutely do that to himself.

  14. The NJ Devils, The Utica Comets & the Adirondack Thunder are all in their respective playoffs.. Looking good for the Devils's organization..

  15. Such a monumentally stupid decision to even play Bergeron in that meaningless last game in Montreal. He better not be dealing with anything serious because of it.
