As well, Thatcher Demko has been activated from injured reserve, and Arturs Silovs has been assigned to Abbotsford.

It's a joke that you are still sub 10k subs Clay, you have consistently the best Canucks channel.
Ya the finally figured out that Brisebois and Wollanin are way better than Stillman and have been unnecessarily buried in the minors for way too long. I have to say the Canucks new coaching staff are doing a terrific job with the team structure and even Myers has been really good the last few games. Kudos to them. Very encouraging to me who has been really tired of the poor structural play going back 5-6 years now. I think next year they can be dangerous, even more dangerous if they can upgrade their defense. If they can get OEL playing like the got Myers playing next year could be a fun year or maybe they will just buy him out. I think i would wait and see what the new coaching team can do for him. The team is really buying into not playing every game with a hope and a prayer and making ridiculously high risk plays that shoot them in the foot all the time. I thought it might have been a fluke the first couple of games but no they are turning this team around. The Boston game was a really good example of playing the right way. Kudos to management for making that move, just wished they didn't torture Bruce before they made the move.

Canucks should have traded Thatcher "Damaged Goods" Demko. Do it before he is injured again.
Good trade, Stillman was never going to be a regular on the blueline, and Bloom has potenial.
They badly need to make more trades like this- adding a prospect for someone who was in the nhl but not a difference maker.

He was bad on FLA and bad on CHI and worse on VAN. What exactly did Canucks see in him to want to trade for him. I rather of got draft picks. This is a good trade.
