Joel Farabee scored a hat trick, JVR recorded four assists, and Kevin Hayes netted the game winner on the powerplay. Can’t help but feel that the wins just aren’t going to come for this team but I’ll take them while they are. I agree with you on Giroux, he has been amazing. But I too thought either him or Voracek should have picked up Barzal on that goal.

This G is the G I knew in his first 3 years where was hitting, emotionally ready to fight , sacrifice to get it to the goal . He is super flyer . I want to see G fight someone that would give him perfect season . He should get best defensive forward in nhl my opinion

I'm glad that the Flyers won the game, but we still have to keep holding on to those two goal leads, back to back games the Islanders came back from down two goals and we win in overtime, and Joel Farabee is a perfect stud and a huge x-factor that a player that puts impact into the game.
Biggest takeaway for me is our Defensive pairings. In theory Ghost and Provorov together should be beautiful and it has been through 4 games. Sanhiem and Myers keep growing. Now Braun needs to get cut I’m serious he’s garbage Hagg sucks too but I think he can play limited 3rd pair minutes but he needs a better partner
The whole even though they have seven wins they're still playing bad is kind of horseshit. Yes they're not playing up to the ability we know they can, but they are winning. That's really all the matters is that they find ways to win
