Detroit Red Wings goaltender, Ville Husso, takes an odd delay-of-game penalty with under a minute remaining in the third period, leading to a penalty shot for the Vancouver Canucks.
Rule 63.6 – If by reason of insufficient time in the regular playing time or by reason of penalties already imposed, the minor penalty assessed to a player for deliberately displacing his own goal post cannot be served in its entirety within the regular playing time of the game or at any time in overtime, a penalty shot shall be awarded against the offending team.

I'd put the backup goalie in for it! Lol minute to go
Let's go Talon was first
Damn the Canucks suck
That shouldn't have counted as a penalty shot because husso lost his balance and he went to grab the net to stop himself from falling.
Canucks going full #TFB
most exciting moment of this Canucks season lol

Yea, I had to look in the rulebook for this one.

Do they get to choose who takes the penalty shot ?
😂🤣 good thing that penalty shot really mattered. Good job Canucks. Another highlight reel for the stellar season
