   Kessel doesnt get hurt cause hes like Playdough. Chychy's like granite, strong AF but brittle. There has to be a balance. 3-6 llbs of fat marbled through his frame would buy him an extra 15 games every year and i promise, after his career wont need as much icy hott.

   After listening to more of the interview I'd like to point out that Chych is not at all crazy for the way he eats. It makes the most sense for us to eat how were designed to eat which is primarily meat, vegetabes, fruits (like prehistoric times).

   I've had numerous health issues in my life and had to look into food etc… and my health improved drastically with an anti-inflammatory lifestyle .Sweet potatoes are the only non-inflammatory carbs, white rice isn't perfetc but not as bad as gluten, nightshades and most other grains.

   You want nutrient dense whole foods and beef liver is the most nutrient dense food on the planet (vitamen A) and beef heart as Coq10 which we don't normally find in most of our foods. Some people feel that raw is easier to digest and maintains nutrients vs cooked.

    Still can't believe we got him! It seemed like PD was never going to address the defence issue. I hope the team gets the players on supplements, focusses on proper stretching and strength exercises to limit the insane amount of injuries we seem to have constantly. Phil Kessel doesn't play a physical game in the corners or in front of the net, he's smart that way and doesn't put himself in risky situations. Hard to compare it to a defencemen who's getting hit constantly all game, blocking shots and battling in the corners in front of the net.

    You guys never disappoint with the guests! Our blue line next year with Chych, Chabby, Sanderson, and Zub is stacked. Add in a mix of JBD, Kleven, & Hammer on the 3rd pair, and you've got a truly competitive blueline for the first time in MANY years.

    Great episode, awesome to see Jacob on here.
    For the record: fat helps to protect the body against trauma by acting as a physical cushion, so it's ok for our guys to keep a bit of fat over those muscles. At least that's my excuse.

    waiting until the Sens could either trade for some one like him or be able to draw a free agent has been tough. Now the team has reached this point other players will be wanting to sign here as the future is obvious. Tough couple of years as no free agents were interested in Ottawa till now. Future is beyond promising !

    Great interview. Guys if I can suggest something, every episode (especially with three) you guys always talk at the same time or are in silence because you are worried someone is about to talk and don't want to talk over each other.
    Download an app where your phones link and if you want to talk tap the screen so it shows who tapped first, second ect and that's the person talks. Tap the screen again when your finished talking to erase.
