  1. JAKOB CHYCHRUN HAS FINALLY BEN DEALT! What Are YOUR Thoughts on the Deal Y'all? And How WIll Chychrun do in Ottawa? 🤔

  2. AZ overplayed their hand. They were asking too much in: 2 Firsts + 1 Second + a prospect without taking a contract back. They somehow messed up the deal to LA yet still insisted that the Oilers give them their stated ask. Once the Oilers signed Ekholm, they ran out of good dance partners.

They just gifted the Sens a minute munching a top pairing Dman. The Sens just got better even if they don't make the playoffs this season, their future is bright and might become a contender as soon as next season. I can see the franchise selling for a really good price.

  3. Not only is the trade and everything about it good for Ottawa but he’s lived in Ottawa for a good portion of his life so he is familiar with the area. So proud to be a sens fan rn and im beyond excited!!!!

  4. The summer , Fall, AND Winter of Dorion! Sens have a lot of good young prospects, time to play and develop them rather than constantly throwing more in the mix.

  5. Your telling me jets couldn't have given more heinola,Wagner, Lucius, Lambert, salomonsson, chibrikov, zhilkin, 1st,3rd,Stanley,pionk,Gustafson.
So bummed missed out chychrun, ekholm, schenn,Gostisbehere, who knows who we will get now

  6. Good job Dorion.
We need a great coach and goaltending stability at starter to mentor Sogaard.

  7. Arizona needs to relocate and get ownership. It is starting to feel like a shady franchise. I mean ott did snag ADB as well, so maybe Dorian has a special way of negotiating….I feel like all these weird deals have been talked about for years so artifical vaule/inflated value occur….
If Hronek was just worth a 2nd 2 years ago, then this year this trade makes sense…
But that kind of saying 2 years ago Jakob is just worth a 1st, and I don't think anyone would agree with that… Also Ott has no cap issues so they can't manipulate the trade for their favor….
But to trade quick for 2 rentals. Mind boggling.
I also think edm over paid big time for ekholm. Wondering what up Florida,Dallas, Pitt, and Vgk just to name a Team from each division, been fairly quiet..

  8. Lack of leverage is slightly unfair. With two more years on his contract, yotes technically had all the leverage. They wanted to do right by chychrun, and especially since trade request was from last year, settled accordingly. I'm glad they were able to get as much as they did (granted it was the minimum acceptable) and build a healthy management culture in the organization doing so

  9. Where is BK that Modern day Nostradamus and Kreskin-like Leafs cheering Mentalist who claimed Chychrun to the Leafs was a done deal three weeks ago? They stoned false prophets back in the day! I highly doubt we’ll ever see this BK post again….EVER! 🤣😂🤣😂🤣🍁🍁💙🤡🖕

  10. 🙏 Absolutely nice update… Its right to say last year turns out to be less productive in all aspects of the financial market….. All hope was not lost, as a trader most of us was able to be on track mostly when it comes to BITCOIN DAY TRADING by actively earning daily because of the accurate signals and guidance provided by Kayle Dax… Within duration of 6 weeks i was able to accumulate a total of 7.6btc having traded with my initial 0.8btc…

  11. HAHA when he suggested "making the playoffs" I laughed. But then I checked the standings and surprisingly Ottawa could make the playoffs with room to spare. If that's the case, Ottawa would be one of the most improved teams this year. It's been frustrating.

  12. Who wins the trade?

    Senators' perspective:

This seems to be a win for the Sens although the deal is not without risk. While Chychrun will likely solve the Sens' team D woes the extent of his future availability remains a question – Chychrun has consistently missed time in his short NHL career to-date, missing time in 5 of his past 6 seasons played while overall playing in only 74% of all scheduled nhl regular season games during that time.

Can Chychrun's injury risk be mitigated? Perhaps as in Ottawa the team might be able to shelter the number of minutes he plays per game (in order to extend his career) rather than force feed him big minutes every game (as he did when he was with the Coyotes.

So overall the deal has downside risk but the upside potential looks really good.

    Coyotes' perspective:

From a management stand point this is a loss:
    (a) Arizona got less than what they were asking for in the summer, and,
    (b) wasted their time & energy trying to make a bigger deal (when that effort could have been spent elsewhere).

From a deal perspective, the verdict remains open and could end up being a big win:
Until Arizona cashes in those picks we just don't know what we have. Whether the team directly uses those picks themselves or packages them with their other picks to upgrade who knows? However, Arizona has 42 picks available to them over the next 4 years (wow!) so their future options remain sky high.

  13. From the desert to one of the coldest places where people actually live in North America haha.

  14. In Franchise Hockey Manager I normally start off as Vancouver by getting him, but Arizona wouldn't trade him for even 3 1st round picks to me haha.

  15. Offensive woes? You know than Ottawa has the 4th best powerplay in the league right? Other than that, their offense is decent. I think you meant "defensive" woes…. Anyway, it is great to finally acquire a D-man that can move his feet in his own zone (not you Hamonic)

  16. Bad trade and Ott's fails. Gets the "F", an "A" for effort, but "F" for remembering damages and trying to replace solid bodies with banged up damaged goods. Otts' wanted to believe so badly that Dude was the same guy he had been for those few years. But Mr Chychrun isn't that player. He's been injured and brings a Modified NTC with him. Maybe now let's watch how Dorion manage his payroll going forward with overextended financing. Arizona gets First round pick. Period. It doesn't matter if its this year or next. It doesn't matter, because they paid for damaged goods with future youngster. Mr Chychrun brings alot of "experience" injuries with him. Speaking of payments where's Waldo/ aka Debrincat in Sens future? That's another First round pick (Korchinski) having gone to Chicago.

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to laugh when this backfires.

  17. You didn't look at the volume and the quality of injuries before u made your video. Research.

  18. As a sens fan, I'm very happy about this as he is exactly the type of player we need in the now. To give consolation to Coyote fans, the 1st round pick could be huge for you guys, especially so if it turns out to be 6-10. For example Sanderson was drafted 5th and there's tons of examples of trades that initially look like one side got robbed, but when the pick(s) they receive turn into a quality player, people start changing their minds.

  19. Arizona has no clue what theyre doing. A 1st and 2 seconds for Chic? No prospects? Wow.

  20. Lol @ everyone who thought Arizona got fleeced. That pick looking better and better for us.
