For game 1 I was not nervous, and not upset when they lost. For game 2 I was very nervous, and got very upset when they lost. Now I have come full circle. I am zen. If they lose they lose, but for fucks sake boys go down swinging.
So does Schmid start tonight?
I love VV, but can’t deny he’s been poor so far. Not that he’s had much help from the guys in front of him.
I fully believe VV is the better goalie, but maybe Schmid is more likely to steal a game for us at this point?
People need to shed some of the PTSD we’ve acquired on the last 10 years. We’re a good team and need more positivity. Did you people not play sports growing up? Don’t be the negative asshole throwing a fit if things don’t go our way. At best we beat the rags. At worst we get experience for our young guys and are in a better place next playoff appearance. I started watching the devils in 2013 and it’s been 90% pain since then. If I can do it so can you.
I hopped up on caffeine last night for some odd reason and I haven’t slept. I better figure it out so I can watch this thing!
I just hope they show some fight like they did in the first period of game 2 for a full 60 minutes. And for the love of god make someone not named Kreider score If they get a PP
My brother isn’t a very die hard fan, although claims to be. He watched maybe a few games during the regular season, he watched as they got close to the franchise record in wins.
Halfway through game one he just floods my phone with negative texts, as if he was directing them at me lol. Like I give a ___ what he thinks, yeah sure I was pissed too but it happens.
Halfway through game two he was doing it again, I put an end to it and told him to STFU and stop watching and get off the bandwagon.
So I say this kindly to everyone else in this sub – if you don’t like what you see, YOU AINT A REAL FAN AND HOP OFF THE BANDWAGON.
