Tonights 3rd game of the New York Islanders vs the Carolina Hurricanes got started slow. But once it got going, we saw the Islanders make NHL history! They scored the 4 fastest gaols in NHL Playoffs history at 2:18 seconds. We’ve obviously never seen that before, but it was what happened when Jean-Gabriel Pageau hit Martin Nečas over the boards into the Islanders bench, that I also can’t say I have ever seen before. Necas gets his stick blade broke, as is routine when this happens and then proceeds to punch the Islanders players on the bench while still on their bench! It was hilarious! This game also saw a great atmosphere with the Islanders crowd showing their passion, an incredible save from Seth Jarvis. I cover it all in todays NHL hockey video!

Imagine if that "swing" happened before the century mark. You know hockeys at a low when an opposing player can take a shot at someone in their own and step out without issue.

Honestly, everyone said this series would be boring but some of the antics between these two teams have made it one of my favorites to watch. Punching them on their bench, sitting on each other mid-play… It's hilarious.
Canes might be in a little trouble here. Isles are playing inspired hockey and Carolina keeps losing bodies. Just need to figure out how to steal a game in Raleigh.
On one of my Rock 'em Sock 'em videos, I think it was Shawn Chambers who got dumped into the Flyers' bench and he made sure to give Lindros a punch to the face for no apparent reason before he left 😂
