As a KiNgY McKiNgStEr who’s never heard of you Oily McNuthuggers, I’ll admit I sort of like you. I enjoy your banter and some of your analysis, and I’m a Kings Homer so I don’t care that you’re Homers. That’s what’s fun. But the crying over the officiating is soooo stupid. As you basically admit, Edmonton has deserved every penalty they’ve gotten and about ten more that aren’t being called. You guys played a tougher, harder style (I’ll admit I’m jealous because I’m constantly yelling at my team about being soft). You act as though expect the calls should be even but your team is running around hitting hard, laying guys out and sometimes it’s dirty. That’s not our style, and given how unstoppable your PP is I thank God it’s not.
I almost hope Fiala doesn’t come back in the series specifically because as good as he is, he also takes AT LEAST 1-2 dumb penalties per game and against McDavid we can’t afford that.
Again they speak like the Kings game plan isn't bend but don't break.
Going back to the playoffs last season. Plus regular & post season this year. These teams in 14 games are split 7-7. Oilers fans accept the truth it's a flip it 50/50 chance who's going to take this. I think the winner here reps the Western Conference in the Cup Final

As a Kings fan, Zach did really well on this stream. He didn't just sink into the whole officiating angle, understood it is kind of a losers mentality, and gave credit to the Kings where it was due. Good job mate
Reffing has been brutal, but I agree it's the refuge of a loser to whine about it. Oilers have to activate the full power of their arsenal, and get Hyman, Nuge, Kane firing. Korpisalo is too damn good to beat with simple shots, so they need to fire through traffic and aim for deflections and rebounds.
My team is not in the playoffs, but I have Edmonton on my bracket so come on Edmonton.

Third Game of the season. The only way the Oilers could score was on the PP and we only won 1/2 of those. Can't comment on the game as I couldn't see or hear it. Not feeling well I'm afraid. Hope you enjoy the stats and take care all.
It's a best of 7 series. The best team can still prevail in this series. Oilers need to stick to their game that has dictated most of the play thus far. Sure there was some bad calls and bad luck. But you still gotta defend and prevent goals. Cant dwell on it. Oilers 8, Kings 15 PPs through 3 games, and a blown call by the league. Just stick to your game boys, these things tend to balance out eventually. But I don't think the team is worried or shaken by this. If anything, this will bring out another level out of the Oilers. And that's a scary thought for any opponent!

Oilers are just not as deep as the Kings and it shows! In the playoffs you can’t just be all go go go and no home defense. Kings are exposing the Oilers weaknesses.

I'm more upset by not calling Mcdavid being held on the ice despite Kostin getting this exact penalty in the third period than anything else. Oilers are playing against the kings and the zebras, and its a terrible series even to watch.
