The Refs ROBBED us of a goalie fight last night in the Anaheim Ducks vs Los Angeles Kings game!!! Apparently, NHL Goalie Fights are bad for the GAME…just look at the Mike Smith vs Cam Talbot fight in the Battle of Alberta! Pheonix Copley didn’t want that smoke from John Gibson anyway. Gibson’s got so much pent anger from the last couple of years, he would have annihilate him!

Reason it's stupid is when a players helmet comes off, their head is exposed to the ice. So imagine being knocked out and having your head slam to the ice. Very stupid

I think the commentators got it wrong. The NHL is disallowing it since a fight a few years back where both goalies ended up injured and one was out for a while. Still, it’s on the goalies. If the goalie fights and gets hurt, that’s on them. NHL is too worried about fighting. Players don’t get hurt fighting that often, they get hurt with head hunting and illegal hits
Boycott the NHL till they let goalkeepers fight.

No reason goalie fights shouldn’t happen, they have so much equipment on that injury is very rare. For example holtby vs Emory, Emory was a trained boxer and holtby didn’t even defend himself
