As a GM who was going to get fired unless you become instantly competitive (which JT would have made you), why would you not do this move?

In hindsight you know Hextall would have done it. Would have saved him his job.

They’be in the playoffs if they did. Haha.

I didn’t like Jt Miller at the beginning of the season because of his horrible backcheck, low points total, and his 8 year contract being the reason we couldn’t keep prime Horvat who was on pace for 50 goals and wanted money to stay in Vancouver

Now I’m grateful for his contract. Miller was producing points while not playing with Petey but it seems Bo doesn’t make points without petey either

*perhaps I treated you too harshly*

I was under the impression that Pittsburgh couldn’t find a young center in addition to the picks and Zucker for Miller.

I still would have made that trade. The Penguins are an injury away from a lottery pick, and the Canuck’s aren’t contending during JT’s prime.

That’s why Hextall isnt a gm the two first wouldve been a late rounder an a prospect is always carry question marks if they can make it in the NHL. JT Miller is already established NHL with Elite talent this wouldve helped the Pens stay in a win now mode before Letang, Malkin an Crosby retire

Not suprised. It’s an insane ask for a player whos gonna be negative value towards the end of the contract.

  8. Where is everyone that was defending Allvin saying he never offered JT for trade, that dude lies all the time

  9. burnabybambinos

Total BS, because Penguins don’t have Prospects
