Nathan MacKinnon and Mikko Rantanen each scored two apiece as the Colorado Avalanche coasted to a 6-4 win over the Seattle Kraken in Game 3 of their Round 1 series, taking a 2-1 series lead.

    Really great game, what a turnaround! It's odd to be living near Seattle and rooting for Colorado (shhh🤫don't tell) but after being an Av's season ticket holder, 1996, I still feel a loyalty and bond… Avalanche! ❄

    Let’s go Avs!! Respect to the Kraken for playing tough and making it difficult each game, but I’m so glad the last two games ended in our favor.

    The Kraken are looking overmatched and certainly like they're regretting not burying that 3 on 1 chance on Georgiev in game 2 while they had the defending champs on the ropes. The sleeping giant is awake now and out for blood.

    I’m gonna be honest despite the avs winning and still being a phenomenal team not having landeskog is really going to hurt them in the long run, he’s just so consistent and exactly the piece they need

    This is an underrated series of playoffs so far, these two teams make it tough on each other and each game has been close. Colorado's big guns were too much for the Kraken this time though, especially Nate and Rantanen.
