Sens stabilize their most important position with acquisition of Murray

The Senators have acquired goaltender Matt Murray from the Penguins for the 52nd overall pick in this year’s draft and forward Jonathan Gruden. TSN Hockey analyst Mike Johnson breaks down the deal, and explains what the goalie will bring to the nation’s capital. MJ also discusses whether Murray being an RFA could be a problem for Ottawa.

  1. Sense actually acting like a hockey club……bravo to them …….not even like Murray is a past it name veteran, fella has some years left…nicely done

  2. Thanks to Dufas and Shanahan’s inability to address the Leafs’ inadequacies, Ottawa will soon move ahead of Toronto. Save money…. fire those two aforementioned morons asap!
