Does anyone have the hit on McCabe that isn’t slowed down? Hard to tell how much force there was

  2. theguyishere16

If McCabe had rolled around like his night was over the way Colton did (who I believe missed no time to injury) there is a chance Parros slaps Maroon with a fine (because we know he wouldnt suspend a player for hitting a Leaf player)

  3. formed2forge

And the Leafs have ANOTHER player that is being looked at by DoPS while Tampa has nothing.

But the league is biased for the leafs everyone!

  4. Consistent_Rice_4525

Gary would crucify Kadri if he did this

  5. johnnymavrigg

Maroon hit was dirty AF. Not only from behind but it was interference. Should be a suspension

  6. Falcon_905

Everytime Colton gets hit even just a bit, he acts like a firecracker blew up his ass

  7. AustichMavarlander

Yea the fake “DoPS” is “run” by 2 fuckin losers that hate the Leafs. Noones surprised.

  8. silentblender

How about don’t show one in real time and one in slow motion if you’re making a comparison. Makes the McCabe hit look way softer.

The NHL knows if maroon is suspended the lightning have no chance. A reminder this league is closer to WWE then a professional sports league

  10. ffviiftw

Actually fucking perplexed, how is that a good hit this shit is fucking ridiculous.

  11. Lazy_Glass_3292

The Clifford one does look more violent, but the maroon one is undoubtedly a penalty at minimum, playoffs or not.

  12. DMorrin15

Correct me if i’m wrong, but it does kinda look like there’s a windup on the Clifford hit. But I still agree Maroon should have gotten a penalty.

So I guess the NHL is saying this was a legal, clean hit. Cool. Open season on dirty hits. /s it disgusts me that this, and Stamkos’ tantrum, are off scot free.

  14. Illogical tampa fans probably think Rielly should be suspended last night too lol

  15. Captain_Self_Promotr

Difference is Colton is a bitch and grabbed his face and flopped like the best soccer player in the world. And McCabe didn’t. Playing the refs like a fiddle. If the team had actual fans, they would be proud.

  16. glightningbolt

After the gong show to end game 2 and this hit, Maroon should be getting a suspension. Eapecially, since the refs just straight up refused to call the penalty on the ice.

  17. Clifford’s is definitely worse but maroons was definitely a penalty

  18. MitchyMarnman

I get what you are doing, but the Maroon hit isn’t suspendable because Clifford’s was suspendable. It’s suspendable, period. Making the comparison just makes it seem like we are bitter about the Clifford suspension and want Maroon to also be suspended for something not-that-dirty. Maroon’s hit was interference and boarding. The only reason it’s not being looked at is because McCabe wasn’t injured, and THAT’s the part that’s bullshit

  19. Even more crazy is Cooper whining about Reilly’s “reckless” hit on Point and yet nothing is done to Maroon for that hit on McCabe. Guess it’s because McCabe just got up and back into the play unlike that pussy Point who went down and sliding across the ice clutching his chest like a soccer player in the Premiership. But thank god the Tampa medical team was able to perform immediate heart surgery and got him back on the ice in just a few minutes!! The rhetoric and bullshit coming from Tampa players and staff not to mention their inbred fans makes me sick.

  20. Not to mention all the picks Colton was trying to lay on Matthews in game 2 but didn’t get called for them. Only when the leafs do it

  21. dizzyapparition

As punishment the league should force the lightning to double Maroon’s ice time.

The only reason that piece of shit, George Parros, is still employed as DoPS is because Bettman is scared that he would file a lawsuit against the league after Orr caved his stupid face in and subsequently ended his career.

Any sympathy that I’ve had for him has quickly evaporated over the years after all of the egregiously bias rulings he has handed out against us.

He is a fucking scumbag who is embarrassingly bad at his job and still harbours bitter feelings towards us after all of these years.
