Wouldn't necessarily call this a dirty hit, but there is head contact. Then again, every hit has head contact nowadays. Just pick yourself up and get back to the play. Either the hunters will cripple someone eventually and then the league will take action or you score a goal on the opponents. Win win in the end of it all.
