  1. He’s not getting paid to play golf. Just like NCAA bball and football players are not being paid to play their sports.

  2. Things to start in 2023:

    – Reading at least 5-10 pages of a (e)book
    – Quiting drugs/alcohol (you don't need that bs)
    – meditating
    – Giving to the less fortunates
    – cutting out bad friends & family
    – minimalism
    – Learning a (remote) skill (coding, music, designing, marketing)
[Screenshot this, atleast try it & any questions? I'm open for answering it]…………..

  3. Has to be a movie in this regardless of his finish, but would expect him to continue his excellent play. Top amateurs are well prepared to compete as they have been playing an extensive tournament schedule for years.

  4. He's playing in amateur events, so he is an amateur. The NIL stuff is meaningless when it comes to amateur status in golf.

  5. There’s not doubt he’s going Pro, and believes he can play with the pros. It’s probably got more to do with the fact that if he forgoes his amateur, The Masters will rescind their invite.

He’ll turn Pro tomorrow if he wins, because he’ll get the exemptions into majors and PGA tournaments…

But I got a feeling LIV will come calling

  6. I mean he only got into this tournament by beating other amateurs. It's an exemption granted to a player who otherwise probably wouldn't be invited

  7. I'll definitely be ROOTING FOR SAM 💯💯💯💯💯💯👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽

  8. the NIL deal that the NCAA struck with its athletes allows them to earn sponsor revenue without affecting their eligibility. This is widely know and not a surprise at all. at The Masters if he chooses to he can accept his prize money and give up his amateur tour card. Or he can reject the prize money and retain his amateur tour card. He is allowed to accept the replica trophy and green jacket without affecting his amateur status. No amateur has ever won at Augusta.

  9. I understand he is in talks with LIV, he could be another amazing addition to that tour! Another nail in the coffin for the PGA tour!

  10. I hate when main stream sports try and talk about golf and totally don’t understand the game

  11. Augusta National needs to stop paying prize money and just grant the winners sponsorship deals that expire in 361 days.

  12. His dad was my dentists. His name was Dr, Mark Bennett from Maidsonville, Texas. He was a great man!
