    Don't trust the Leafs when they win their 3rd playoff series game. It usually doesn't pan out.

    2022: 3-2 series lead. Lost final 2.

    2021: 3-1 series lead. Lost final 3.

    2019: 3-2 series lead. Lost final 2.

    2018: Down 3-1. Tied 3-3. Lost game 7.

    2013: Down 3-1. Tied 3-3. Lost game 7 (the infamous 3-1 blown 3rd period lead against Bruins)

    Actually got to watch this game.
    First two periods very stiff.
    Sammy played good.
    Chen played good.

    And then some effort from the scoring finally emerged from Matthews and Nylander.
    Didnt expect that win. Almost walked away early.

    Please dont make the mistake of taking your 3:1 lead for granted.
    If that hasnt been the Achilles Heel of the Leafs for decades….
    OVER 5 of them!!!

    PUT THIS AWAY IN TORONTO ON THURSDAY!!
    PROVE YOU CAN!!!
    Do not take this for granted.
    KNOW that they are coming out with nothing to lose.
    You have to put this away and prove that you can.

    Teams should have the choice of accepting penalty shot, or taking a two minute penalty. We see enough penalty shots during overtime and they rarely score.

    Unbelievable. When the Lighting went up 3-1 I jumped to the end only to see the Maple Leafs win in overtime!
    That first goal by Auston was quite a shot!

    Game 5 is absolute MUST WIN for the Leafs. Its not a win 1 out of 3 series, its a must win Game 5.

    Otherwise, series shifts back to TB. Lightning wins a must win game 6 at home, then Game 7 will NOT go the Leafs way. If they lose Game 5, they will lose in 7.

    Incredible comeback by the Maple Leafs. Still need 1 more win but they have put their heart and soul into it so far! 😀
