Better start, don't let them dictate pace of play at home. They're gonna muck it up as quickly as they can. Just a thought coach, check samsonovs positions on a couple those goals. He's sliding just a bit to much, and that 4th goal was just out of position half the net was wide open. Great mixing up the lines in OT get that effort in 5 an good things will happen. Goodluck and don't stop pushing. Great job.

Why does the last five years feel like some gigantic experiment that might just work?! I've got not much faith in it because I'm old and the idea of regular lines that go out and destroy still appeals to me. My thinking is that we're testing out a youngster in a trial by fire episode that could fail, although the kid has played well beyond my expectations. This scenario suggests Tampa wants to just fight us the rest of the way. Got nothing to lose but we definitely do.

I'm strangely and pleasantly surprised of how well the road games went, I thought for sure we'd lose one at least, and despite not playing well we won both 😆. Were not going past Boston though assuming we pass Tampa. But I'm here for it all the same.
Also sucks to say but bunting hasn't earned his ice for this series, regardless of if it was a mistake or not with cernak, that aside he causes far too much drama and Tampa has settled down in this series for the most part and he'll take needless penalties

Someone tell them that they can't always come back from 4-1 deficits…. Tampa is a championship team. They'll be back stronger than ever especially because they're desperate. They've been through adversity and have overcome it. All we've done for the past 17 years is choke when it matters most. Let's not kid ourselves here for God sake. 4-1 comebacks are rare. Don't become complacent now, move the fuck on and try to play a strong game on Thursday. Also, if Montreal can come back from 3-1, so can Tampa…. Different teams, different time… Sure, but lesser teams have come back down 3-1. Go Leafs!
Glad to hear Knies will stay in, I am convinced he is a lucky charm. While I like Bunting, I feel that for this series, we shouldn’t give Tampa Bay extra incentive to play even harder by inserting him into the lineup.

I was 9 when my beloved Maple Leafs last won in 67. This is starting to feel plausible. Keep Knies. He is legit with skill. Bunting? That addition will give Tampa mojo to be silly. Maroon and Perry will be even more animated. Keep it simple. Let’s close it out!
The wins are nice however the leafs need to get it together and play solid hockey not relying on these steals of games night after night. Yes they're nice and will take them but have to get bsck to playing good hockey not a period here and there. They have to get back on track they cannot play as bad as they have the rest of the way. entering the zone is night vs day Tampa vs Toronto, bolts bring it in and set up almost effortlessly yet the leafs cannot seem to get everyone past the blue. This is a massive problem for Toronto and they need to get on this issue. Tampa seems to be on a power play when in leafs zone, leafs dump and chase doesn't work and it's brutal to watch and expect to be successful when it takes eight minutes to set up in their zone. C'mon Toronto
