Do you think Gabe Perreault moves up in the draft this year into more of a 15-20 range with his performance so far at the u18s?
Idk I still feel like Macklin goes #1
to be honest, other than finishing and scoring goals, i don't see much play driving, speed and creativity from the games i watched at the U18s
If u actually watch the games Celebrini is so much more dominant then Eiserman
Macklin is the consensus right now eiserman is a close second

One of the things that Matthews has beyond scoring is incredible hand eye coordination. He's able to strip pucks and recover and control pucks at light speed.
Definitely on a path for number 1 in draft

Id take Celebrini over him as of yet, skating is a little better, playmaking is a step above and the defensive game too

I've a couple suggestions for Cole Eiserman. Model yourself around a COMPLETE player. Marion Hossa comes to mind. Mathews has proven offensive skills, but he has never shown when it COUNTS. Hossa always did, and even then it took 3 different championship caliber teams before he won a championship Pitt Detroit and Chicago. Always an inspiration to the younger guys, as " if HE is doing this at this stage, how can I not work as hard?" THAT is what truly is needed to win Lord Stanley's Cup. I wish the young man the very best!

Nathan,what's your opinion on that 'special talent' michkov ? Will he fall out of first ten ? russians should not be allowed to participate in draft,that's freaking ridiculous.Dominik Hasek says all the right things,but NHL doesn' care.
Mack Celebrini is much better than Eiserman. I saw the Chicago Steel play the U18 team a few weeks age. Celebrini is a better, more fluid skater, he has better awareness, he has better hands, and he has a better shot and he is more of a physical presence.
