  1. Can you imagine if Jalen Carter only wanted to visit the top 10 teams and falls out of the top 10???

  2. Darnell Wright is the smart pick and the right one in my humble opinion. But, ideally you would want to trade down a few spots, not down to 15 put like 11 or 12 and pick up an extra late second or extra third AND get Darnell, I think that would be amazing value at that point.

  3. About 10 or 15 years ago I remember watching a conversation between Belichick and Jimmy Johnson about the type of players they like to select. I cannot remember which one of them said it but one of them said they'd rather take a slightly less talented player who was hard working & smart than a more talented player who's lazy & not so smart. Carter screams the latter. Even taking the legal stuff out of this for a second, you cannot have questions about your work ethic then show up to your pro day (which is the easiest part of the evaluation period) & just quit. Then when you bring in the fact that he had been stopped numerus times for reckless driving, he not only left the scene of an accident but left his friends to die alone, he lied to the police & he lied by omission to the Bears just hours before having an arrest warrant issued, no I'd be extremely disappointed if the Bears drafted him because money only makes you more of who you already are.
