Pounder on the Oilers’ top line: ‘The world’s their oyster when they are together’

Jay Onrait was joined by TSN Hockey analysts Cheryl Pounder and Frankie Corrado to get their thoughts on the Oilers’ big win in Game 5, the performance of Edmonton’s top line, the depth scoring coming through, the challenges of going against the Oilers dominant power play and the long layoff between Game 5 and Game 6.

  1. I don't know who she is, but I'm a fan of this chick after listening to this, she is definitely a seasoned warrior. Most females that talk NHL are lacking in some respect.

  2. jay onrait used to be funny but hes so annoying now i dont watch tsn anymore at night because he sucks and over the top annoying

  3. up the wardrobe budget so jay can buy new socks those look 10 years old

  4. jay looks like he drives around in a white van going to playgrounds saying i got candy during the days thats why he always works night shift

  5. these so called hockey experts about 10 hours ago were talking about how leon been on the ice for all 14 oiler goals and people need to step up but now they are dangerous with all there depth guys its funny how things change

  6. When Woodcroft loads up the Oilers top line, how can you defend them?
    Short answer: You cannot. 😏

  7. Not just for these 2. But for the 3rd line. Yamo/MacLeod and Foegelle had some real chemistry last playoffs. Woodcroft has been reluctant to put them together this year. I have no idea why. Yamo looks more comfortable on the 3rd line than in the top 6……..That still leaves you with a very respectable Nuge/Hyman/Kane/Bjugstad/Kostin/Ryan ect ect for the second lined and leftovers for the 4th line.

  8. The Bjuggieman looks sharp now. Hopefully he keeps it up he was on fire lastnight!
