  1. I need so stop underestimating Wild fans’ ability to deny that they’re a dirty team. Like it’s okay, everyone loves a villain

  2. I really enjoyed Lundqvist post game thoughts, he basically said it’s not the taking of penalties that’s killing the Wild its that they can’t kill then off

  3. Oh keep going Shannon talking about how poor Minnesota sports results are, yes, keep going, mm, oh more facts oh oh

  4. As wild fan here’s my take on all this.
    1. First and most important our special teams suck horribly
    2. Defense is inconsistent
3.Boldy and Kaprizov have been quiet
    4. Refs, let me elaborate like game 4 you take away the 2 stupid penalties on their side on the stupid one they called on Dallas to try to make it up would’ve made it 1-1 instead of 3-2 very frustrating and I realize it’s happening to everyone but I feel like it’s fair to say Minnesota has gotten alot of bad calls and seems to have thrown them completely off their game like the refs need to figure their shit out for like every series right now and it’s only been getting progressively worse over the years.
    5. JEE being out is crucial he is a special player that makes up our true offense of Kaprizov, Boldy, Zuccarello, JEE. Also hurts not to have him on the PK.
    6.Coaching/Matchups and bad decisions
Dean Evason has been horrible this playoffs no more to be said but if anyone who doesn’t know want to know lmk.

  5. Well this series and Ranger vs Devil's seemed to have turned around completely though still chance for both to go seven.

  6. I see you wearing the Stars third Jersey….just curious why teams don't wear alternate jerseys in the Playoffs? Is there a League rule that they need to wear the primary? Canes wore their Black third Jerseys most of the year now only the Red ones.

  7. As a Wild fan, I try to remember that things will be better once we get out from under the Parise and Suter contracts.

  8. I’m a born and bread Minnesotan, 59, these teams are killing me, Vikes, Wild are just life killers

  9. I don't think the Wild are done, they outplayed Dallas most of game 4 and with the Phantom penalties the score just didn't go their way, come into game 5 and three minutes in they get a horrible game misconduct call that I disagree with Foligno didn't stick his leg out, made no attempt to hit the knee he was planted and braced for the hit. 2 minutes sure, 5 mins maybe of you really want to stretch it but the game misconduct was not warranted imo. Knew last night was going to be a lopsided mess when I seen Koz and Lee where the refs, the fact those two clowns even have jobs is a disgrace to hockey, two of the worst refs in SPORTS history

  10. Foligno will be gone for the rest of this series and season and maybe a couple next year but can not see the players non-safety committee extending it…. they do not show any relevance of being honest and fair.

  11. Was at this game. It was a blast and the fans were going nuts. Hatred for Foligno and praise for Otter.

  12. Not true the WNBA'S Minnesota Lynx does pretty well, but yeah the rest you're right on…disappointments 😫😂

  13. "A series of unfortunate events" happens to every team occasionally… even in the playoffs. Stinks but it happens to everyone.

  14. Penalties have been bad in this series for sure. And I might agree that Dallas has been on the benefitting side of a few more calls than the wild. But it’s not as big a gap as everyone’s making it out to be. The real reason why this series seems so lopsided with penalties is because Dallas can score on the pp and Minnesota can’t. Sure people complain about all bad calls, but you’ll never hear the end of it if it ends up being a goal later on.

  15. Shannon what i love most about this channel is that you're a Dallas fan, Dallas won last night, you're wearing your Dallas jersey, but your love of the game itself still has you commiserating with Wild fans and cheering them on in a way.

In the immortal words of Wayne and Garth, "game on!"

  16. As a Wild fan, I am so done with Hockey, it seems like Minnesota always losing even since the North Stars days. The North Stars never won a Cup in Minnesota either 😢, the God of sports cursed Minnesota from the beginning. I give up!

  17. Disappointed Minnesota fan here: Foligno has shown that he doesn't have the control to be an effective heavy hitter in the playoffs since he he lost his cool at the refs in the interview and has lost control of being able to make clean hits. Also, Kaprizov hasn't been able to show any of the sparkle that is behind why he's considered our star player. All the shots last game were faithless too. They were just making shots without trying to actually make a scoring attempt. I hope they can pull it together before the next game.

  18. With this game being a landslide, Leafs & Boston up 3-1, Makar out, and being down to 3 games a day, I fear that playoff hockey might get stale for the rest of the round. Wildcard teams are much too weak, except Seattle who is playing against a team dealing with injuries, suspensions, and the post cup salary cap.

  19. Hockey Guy I was shocked to see the high school hockey state finals fill entire areas in Minnesota and draw more fans than All Elite Wrestling. Like you said, it's strange bc their professional teams are so bad.

  20. Not a fan of either team, but that call on Foligno was B.S.. A tripping call..yes. The refereeing in these playoffs has been pretty bad..add that to the list.

  21. Need to get Oskar Sundqvist back in the lineup! He's such a playoff guy -speaking as a Blues homer

  22. The mild overachieved this season. The buyouts are a huge disadvantage and playing old time physical hockey is their only shot in the playoffs. In a couple of years, they will have a much better talent level

  23. Barring something stupid in the Leafs series (which isn’t impossible, just look at 2021 and the way they’ve been outplayed despite winning the last two games) or something clutch by the Wild here, the Wild are all set to become the new Leafs. The leafs have lost their last 7 playoff series in the first round and the wild have lost their last 6 (drought is only longer for the leafs bc they missed the playoffs a lot of years). If the Leafs win and Wild lose, which looks like the most likely outcome right now, the Wild will have as many consecutive first round exits as the Leafs. Which is a little sad bc I kind of like the Wild and was rooting for them here. However, I feel like even if they don’t make it to round 2 this year, they’re closer than in the past bc Gustavsson is a BEAST and should be a high-end franchise goalie for years to come if they manage to extend him

  24. Minnesota wants to play goon hockey, but it doesn't work against playing with a talented offensive hockey team . Dallas is making them pay on the power play. Minnesota needs a coaching change. Their coaching isn't good enough.

  25. I'm a Texas Rangers fan, so I can sympathize with Minnesota fans. At least the Twins have won a World Series (two, I think).

  26. I said somewhere before that if Dallas can win two in a row then the series is theirs to lose. It looks like they figured that out, dominating games is good and all, but means nothing if it’s a singular occurrence.

  27. Love you bud but putting your name on the back of a jersey is one of the cardinal sins of being a fan. Like I said, I love ya. But only losers put their names on the back of the jersey. Extreme losers put thename and the captain C. Just sayin, didn’t know you played for Dallas? Hmmm
Just giving you a hard time. Not mean. Just messin’

That a tiny the tiger magnet?

  28. Anyone who says THG is picking on Minnesota needs to consider that he's a Vancouver fan…

    Edit: Minnesota Fans*

  29. As a Dallas fan, some calls are not made on both sides. Sutter's cross checking Kaprizov should have been called. Pavelski hit was clean (pains me to admit). Foligno's last hit Sunday game he did it to himself (looking like a fool) but also not a penalty. Wilds need to play with less goons and play actual hockey. Improve on the PK and figure out Otter while they are at it.

  30. I blame you wearing a dallas jersey for the pregame video. Definitely not the wild’s inability to not take penalties or kill penalties

  31. Minnesota is mentally soft. Once we lost game 4 I knew this was going to be 6 game series like last year. Conceding game two seems even more idiotic by playing flower. It's the dead cap, its the lack of leadership from Kirill, and it's bad coaching by Dean. We're good enough to give hope, but not enough to win a series.
