Chabot is so much better than anyone else as the anchor on the power play that it would be an error not to put him on the #1 power play unit. The power play was the bread and butter of the Sens this year and it was not as good with Sanderson on the the #1 pp unit.
If DJ is back I think Chabby/Chych is #1 pair to start. Could see DJ letting Sandy grow into it again just in case he has a sophomore slump.. Better to promote not demote him.
I have been to Stockholm. I highly recommend you guys go if you are serious. It is a beautiful city. The food there is phenomenal as well. Be prepared to spend a pretty penny though. It's not cheap. You'll see the conversion rate of CAD to the Krona, but you're spending like 400 Krona for a meal.
