Tristan Luneau wins defenseman of the year after a monster 83 point season with Gatineau. The d-core continues to be stacked as the Ducks might have the three best defensemen in the CHL

  3. Imagine if Anaheim gets Bedard….. this team is gonna go absolutely insane soon. Unbelievable how talented this prospect pool is.

Wings fan here who also follows the ducks. What are the thoughts on Lacombe? I thought he looked good in the few games he played I’m curious where he factors into the future of what looks to be a stacked blue line.

So Tyson Hinds won beat Defensive Dman of the year for the Q, but Luneau won best overall Dman of the year for the Q. Have to imagine Zellweger and Minty are both in the running for individual trophies in their leagues as well.

Drysdale, Mintyukov, Zellweger, Hinds, Luneau, LaCombe, Helleson, Warren.

Jesus Christ that is a stacked Defenseman lineup. All we need is a up and coming young coach, either Bedard or Fantilli, and a couple young scoring wingers and we are set.
