Tour de France 2007 – stage 15 – Foix to Loudenvielle (196 km)
Five mountains was on the menu this day. But the stage is best remembered for Michael Rasmussen and Alberto Contadors sprint duel up the last mountain. The likes of this kind of sprinting uphill has never really been seen before, or since. It is a unique battle, by two very talented climbers.
Meanville Alexander Vinokourov makes another comeback in the race, after his surprising win in the time trial, two days before. But something was luring in the horizon, an Vinokourov would not finish the race.

fuldstændig surrealistisk at se hvordan Contador og Rasmussen kunne blive ved med at angribe. Dopet til tåspidserne. Heldigvis ser vi ikke sådan noget mere.
If there was was a doubt of Contador being doped, watch this.
