Reading some of these comments has me shaking my head. This was game 5,,,,not game 6, not game 7. I'm a true fan of this team, and this series isn't over until someone wins 4 games.

Tampa is the better team even if they lose this series. They have outplayed them by a large margin. This series is over Tampa 4-1 if they didnāt choke those two games. Iād be frightened if I was a Toronto fan rn.

Tampa has been the better team, except game 2, the entire series for at least 50 minutes a game. They finally played a full 60 and won! Coming home will help if they play a full game.

The refs you suck chants were completely justified tonight. they missed 2 huge calls in the 3rd and 1 in the 2nd period. One high stick on knies and two tripping calls right in front of the refs… Still a good game from the boys keep your head up. The offensive pressure felt pretty even the whole game

As odd as this sounds, I think this was a must win game for Toronto. They didn't play as well in Tampa, and I don't know if they can beat Tampa a 3rd time in Tampa. And who trust's Toronto in a game 7? Toronto can still win the series, but I think it's 50/50 at best if they can win this series.
Leafs needed to bury them, but Tampa isn't going anywhere, there's a reason these guys have multiple Stanley cups, leafs need to bring intensity from the start and bury them or ?

Other than losing to the Avs in the SCF, the Lightning are like Dracula, they're almost impossible to put down. And the Leafs, the franchise that hasn't won a playoff round since '04 and the Cup since '67, find themselves in the role of Van Helsing.
If the Leafs don't win in Tampa, they're probably not winning in Toronto.

Iāll probably post this again in the final playoff recap, but I think it would be awesome if you did interview videos in the off season with some of the YouTubers that cover their home teams, like Flying Fluffy for the Panthers. Nothing crazy, just a zoom call where you guys go through 3-4 talking points. It would send viewers both ways and be a lot of fun for people who watch both channels.
Tampa is a better team with 2 cups in the past 3 years. Leafs always play the best team in the first round, so their streak of losing means nothing. Time to wake up and not blame the leaf stars for the losses. They are a good regular season team.

I knew after game 1 despite loss Tampa were winning series. If they donāt they will regret it the rest of their lives.
