Fine, maybe this episode’s title is overly dramatic, but the Boston Bruins are indeed on the brink of wasting the greatest regular season of all time.
The Bruins failed to close out the Florida Panthers in a wild Game 6, and it’s easy to question some decision by head coach Jim Montgomery so far in this series. Should Linus Ullmark still be between the pipes? Why is the Derek Forbort / Connor Clifton pairing a thing? Why is Trent Frederic not playing?
Despite all that, the Bruins still have a chance to advance to the second round. Patrice Bergeron and David Krejci came back for a reason, and they both need to step up and lead this team on Sunday.
It’s not over yet, friends. Let’s save the angst for whenever and if ever this runs comes to an early end.

You don't put the whole season on Sawymans back esp the fact that he hasn't played lately. They need to clean up what's going on with the defense which is leading to all the give aways and turnovers. Some maybe are on Ullmark, but they have been getting waxed on the forecheck. Bobrovsky gave up 5 goals, and no one is calling for his head. Why? Cuz they won.

If they lose game 7 trade Ulmark and sign Bertuzzi. Sure Ulmark helped us get here but he choked in the playoffs when we need him most. We would have still made playoffs without him and presidents trophy means nothing. If you don’t believe me as the Patriots what they think of the 16-0 season.
Remember the Panthers were President trophy winner last season, and the only team split the season with the Bruins. season tied 5 games a piece. Time to Hunt Go Cats.
I think theres definitely something up with Ullmark, but I think the main issue is the coaching honestly. Playing players instead of resting them at the end of the season, because of that we start the series with no Bergeron or Krejci, No goalie rotation, completely jumbling the lines up for a game, sitting key players like Frederic and Grzelcyk… Hes gotta make the right decisions now. Swayman in, Frederic in for Foligno, Grzelcyk in for Clifton or Forbert.

Bruins are the biggest choking franchise in NHL history. I followed them for 50 years and except for one time, they choke.
Matt Tkachuk being left all alone in the goal crease should've never happened after the DeBrusk goal, he had enough time to fix himself a sandwich, definitely the turning point in the game right there, coaches fault for not pounding it into their heads to not let him beat you, and even though the Bruins won game 3 Swayman should've started game 3, that's my two cents
