Obvious penalties were missed on both side. Just like the cross check from behind on Toronto's goalie. Several triping on both sides. Refs put away their whistle.

Are you sure that was a high stick. Almost looks like someone shot him.
Hagel's gotta stay on his feet. And if you watch reverse angles, you can see that the stick hit the side of Hagel's face that was opposite to the viewpoint of the ref. The ref honestly couldn't physically see the contact because it was on the away side of Hagel's face.
