  1. Hey Cooper and all you Tampa players and fans ………. HAPPY GOLFING HAHAHAHAHHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAHAHAHHAAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA DYNASTY IS OVER HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAH BYE BYE WE GONNA KEEP PLAYING PLAYOFF HOCKEY HOW ABOUT YOU ???? Hahahahahahaha

  2. Two Leafs played well in this game; Mathews and Samsonov. The rest of the players were going through the motions. Tavares' shot was going wide until it hit a skate – pure luck, Granted, for the Leafs, it was good luck, for the Lightning, bad.

  3. A bad bounce beat Vasy in OT. Give credit to Samsonov for giving Leafs good playoff goaltending – first since 2004.

  4. Yes congratulations buds hope this translates into a higher level of effort, passion, intensity and consistency in round 2.

I'd love to see Toronto play the Panthers.

    Go Leafs Go!!😃😃

  5. Why does this come as any great surprise? Kuemper outplayed The Greatest Goalie In The History Of History last postseason. The guy is a media creation and vastly o-ver-ra-ted. @YaGottaBeleaf

  6. As a leafs fan it is so hard to believe that they finally made it out of the first round after almost two decades

  7. The weird thing is that they out played Tampa last year and this year Tampa was the more dominant team. Sammy was huge

  8. Top leafs in series – Tavares, hat trick, OT winner, Morgan Reilly, OT winner, tying goals, Mathews, 2 goals in 4-1 3rd period comeback.

  9. A hot goalie is so important in any game but even more so in playoffs, Sammy is a tough nut to crack, the leafs gained momentum and a boatload of confidence.

  10. Looking at the stats from this series ,Auston, Tavares,Marner,Reilly,Samsonov, and Nylander all of them out performed Tampa's big boys nicely done congratulations

  11. Literally all of the salty Leafs haters right now don't realize how big of a moment this actually is for us. Even if it is just one round

  12. Great they slew the demons and happy to be in round 2, but it doesn't require detailed analysis to determine what's different, what was the biggest factor. Puck luck 🙂

  13. It all comes down to luck. Toronto could have been the finals the past two seasons, if were not for couple of unlucky moments. This year, they're going to the second round because the weird bounces went their way.

  14. Sammy watched and copied his hero comrade and won the battle with the help of his team mates.

  15. The lighting just ran out gas because they are getting old in age the leafs were just more hungry to win that’s all

  16. Samsonov DID NOT OUTSHINE Vasilevskiy. Who ever said that should be FIRED. Toronto Sucks and Always will suck

  17. Whatever happens in these playoffs the Leafs need to re-sign Samsonov to a multi-year deal.

  18. The Leafs got lucky with Tampas injuries and a tired team and Tampa still was the best team in 90% of the series , something tells med there are cracks people dont see in the euforia , but im happy for the core guys of the Leafs , good for NHL as well

  19. Bottom line they made it through, but they were not the better team.
Fan of neither team, but Tampa was out playing them.

  20. a former, clueless leafs head office employee and the cousin of the fired, buffoon who was their gm during one of their darkest chapters on a panel talking about the leafs is hilarious.
