    LGR! I wish I felt more confident about the game but I rarely do. Gotta admit I thought the Devils would win last night. Glad they didn’t.

    i wonder how Gallant felt scapegoating Kane and demoting him only for Kane to turn in by far the best offensive performance (see analytics) on the team w the two 'bad' linemates. Zibanejad was intentionally playing terrible and pouting to get Kane demoted off his line, bc he can't handle an alpha being near him. he's a shrinking violet. Kane was given Laf and Trocheck as punishment (punishment for actually showing up unlike Zibanejad and Panarin and leading the team in pts thru 5 games), turns out Laf and Tro are apparently way better offensive linemates than Zibanejad and Kreider.
