Hopefully it’s not at home with half the building filled with their fans that boo them off the ice when they do the fan salute if they lose. Losing at home against the rags is always extra painful.
Agree with Nico’s comment:
“I don’t think we played a terrible game. I think we can clean up our penalties and a couple of defensive-zone mistakes that enabled some guys to get wide open in the slot.
Other than that, we need to bring the same effort that we came in here with and battled hard.”
First period was pretty dominant by the Devils. Lost momentum because of stupid penalties and then a few breakdowns that resulted in goals. I believe in this team.
Plz satan
Considering they looked dead in the water a week ago. It’s amazing there’s even a game 7. Take that anger after game 2 and push that into game 7 boys.
First five mins will dictate the game, if they come out again like game 5 they’ll be fine.
I trust the boys, but apparently Lindy is 0-4 in game 7s. Hopefully there is a first for everything.
They are going to either take the next step at home or end it in front of fans. Either way, this is how it should be.
If the game goes wrong, anyone there, stay to the end. These guys did something incredible this year and exceeded our expectations. They would deserve a good send off. Hopefully, this won’t be the end, but they deserve our fans in the arena at the end of the game, no matter what the result
Just beat the rags. If we lose to the canes I’ll be ok. Just don’t lose to the rags.
i read an amazing comment last night.
The devils after dropping the first two (in horrible fashion i might add) could’ve essentially completed a sweep last night and we all know how difficult that is.
Lets re-group and play our best 60 minutes of hockey tomorrow and show the NHL we’re legit.
With the exception of Palat, this is the Biggest game of their NHL careers so far. So far our best producer has been Haula. If our stars finally show up, we are the better team, but if they don’t show up for game 7 we deserve to lose.
Nothing but success in the future for this team
