  1. How many times does a team not take one penalty in a game seven? But hey seattle got all the breaks

  2. The difference was the 1st period by far

If Colorado scores 2 or 3 times that period, all of Seattle’s confidence goes down the drain.

But that’s what makes GRUBI in this series so different in comparison to the first two regular seasons with the Kraken. Amazing goaltending.

But the Kraken being the Kraken found a way. Obviously Colorado played their best game of the series. But Seattle found a way.

That’s what Game 7 is about. You find a way to survive. That was an amazing series.

  3. It's been a pleasure. Love this show and looking forward to next year. This team gave it all they had… overcame everything to get here… and it just was too much in the end. The window is so wide open for this group… the core is so strong and intact. We have good coaching and good management. They'll get this team strong and ready for another title push. So many chances for this team going forward. Love you guys and can't wait for 2023-2024. Its gonna be so much fun

  4. Excellent seasons DNVR boys/gals…love you guys!

Sure hope Landy can make a return in the future. This cursed team way overachieved this season and somehow came a game 7 Robbery-away from Gru to prevailing to the 2nd round.

    Goavsgo

  5. With what bullshit goals kraken got i guess it was meant to be. The wait begins for training camp to see what kind of team we have next year. Take care and enjoy the summer.

  6. Not trading Girard to
Keep kadri was a huge mistake. They could have had a dynasty. You can replace a D man but not a 2nd line centre like kadri. This Will hunt them
    For years

  7. Glad to have been along for the ride! love listening to you all! looking forward to the offseason and the start of next!

  8. team allows seattle to score first in all of the games, that is comical. last year it wasnt such a big deal allowing the first goal often with the scoring depth but this year doesnt work so well. also compher showed he is not a 2c like multiple people that watch this channel wanted to believe

  9. We’ll get Landy back and come back swinging next season. Proud of the Avs. They didn’t go down without a fight.

  10. dnvr is like a second family to me. i found you guys during the avs' 25th anniversary season and ever since then i've been excited to watch you guys after the game, no matter if it's a win or a loss. it sucks this season turned out the way it did but you guys made it a good one, you always do! i'll see you guys in the offseason and next year, much love for you guys❤️

  11. It just wasn't meant to be. The season felt kinda doomed from the start. No Landeskog all season and playoffs. Crazy amounts of injuries all season(and playoffs). Just wasn't the year.

Not taking anything away from the Kraken either. Despite some of the league's worst goaltending during the season they came into this round with a style and plan and executed it pretty flawlessly for the most part. They got some absurd luck at times, but so did the Avs and hey, that's the way it goes sometimes.

Need to address 2C next season, but that's for the offseason.

EDIT: As far as the Avs chances of repeating, I was thinking the exact same thing. Even if they found a way and won in this game 7 and moved on there was about as close to a zero percent chance of beating Dallas as realistically possible. Like Rudo said, anything is possible, but similar to the bubble playoffs, even if the Avs moved on that year there was no way they were beating Vegas. I know this roster wasn't nearly as beat up as the bubble roster, but enough key guys were missing this year. Health is too important and when you take so many injuries this early it's just a recipe for disaster.

  12. Thanks ladies and gents for all your hard work this season!
I look forward to all the off-season stuff.

    🍻

  13. Avalanche need all the off season rest they can get. That Stanley cup win really took a toll on this team this season, we lost some key players through injuries and the off season. Just wasn't our year , not to mention its incredibly hard to repeat. Cant wait for avs hockey next season. Hopefully we can make a few off season moves too.

  14. I actually woke up this morning relieved. This team needs a nice long summer to recover for long term purposes. Also glad Boston lost so the spotlight isn't solely on the reigning champs getting bounced in the first round.

  15. Just frustrating the Avs didn’t take advantage of the fact they could have put Landeskog on LTIR and used his salary for a better 2C. I am impressed the Avs managed to not only make the playoffs, but win the division despite everything. This just wasn’t their season.

  16. Gotta say as a long time Avs fan that AJ is just as dumb and slow as the guy he cracked on if nor slower, he is always making excuses for the AVS goalie who continues to gives up soft goals then says that the Kraken goalie is a bad goalie yet he clearly outplayed the Avs goalie and talks about other ppl's perspectives like they stupid, he should look in the mirror if there is a mirror big enough😂

  17. To make it clear with this goalie the Avs will be lucky to make it past the first round the nxt 5 yrs

  18. This is what happens when you dick around the first 6 games of the series and only show up for one game.

  19. Management coaching is part of the blame for their performance they didnt keep the the together nothing was done at the trade deadline they allowed Kadri Burakovski to get away without signing them Gruebauer if it wasn't for him AVS dont make the playoffs he always had trouble with Vegas in the playoffs their pride should hurt when a second year expansion team can beat you with retreads its up to management coaching staff and the team to get better next year
