This just proved that the Bruins goalies are stupid and Charlie McAvoy is way over rates. I kind of have to take some blame because I couldn't figure which was the right Bruins short to wear.
As a leafs fan I'll admit I was praying not to play Boston but after watching these 7 games Florida has me nervous they dont quit mad respect looking forward to a hell of a series š

Feels so good to call this one. My original pick was Panthers in 6. Glad they closed it out in 7. I knew the Bruins blew their wad chasing history. Happened to the 2019 bolts and mid 90s Redwings. It sucked watching my Bolts lose last night but hot damn I feel a lot better knowing Boston Nation is utterly devastated.

Keep your eye on the game and let the trash fall to the ice. After a stellar year its definitely disappointing to see them out of contention already.
author of THE DEATH TAX sez: Happy as I am for the plucky Panthers, and much as I dislike any team Marchand is on, as a fan of hockey I have to feel for the Bruins, a team with one of the greatest regular season records in NHL history, seeing a 3-1 series lead unravel after an unfortunate goalie gaffe in OT in Game 5. Bottom Line: Next time someone tries to hand you a President's Trophy, RUN!
