  1. I just hope we dont fall any further and pick 6th or 7th. Ill be Happy with staying at 5th. Funny thing is we have a higher chance at picking 6th or 7th than anything else.

  2. It makes me sick to my stomach to have to root for Toronto for the betterment of the Habs but it is what it is….

  3. Mitchkov is the ideal prospect for Montreal. He is locked in a contract in Russia until 2025 so this means Habs can't ruin his development. He will arrive in Montreal fully developed. Please take him Habs🙏

  4. I wonder if former WJHC team Canada Goalie Thomas Millic (Ranked #9 among Goalies) is drafted this year. He went undrafted last year but had a HUGE Jr's back in December 2022. He'd be a great choice in the 2nd round if he is still there. With 2 picks in the 1st round, and a glaring need to get a blue-chip prospect into the system (Im looking at you Cayden Primeau) I think the Habs might be wise to get a Keeper early in the 2nd round.

  5. The other day I saw Matthew Wood being 18th on tankathon, rn he's at 12th.

If he's available in that range, I would ONE HUNDRED PERCENT trade up for him, that's a steal.

  6. Hutson wouldn't survive one shift of Playoff Hockey .Give it a rest

  7. I just heard on this topic, Florida has to win the conference, maybe you guys could check the rulebook, courtesy of coach Frenchy

  8. The rivalry with the Leafs was big in the 60s 70s, (71 yo here) but I WANT to see them go to the finals especially against Edmonton! Canada is the primary provider of talent, yet no cup since 93? If the leafs can do it, I want it for them, half my friends live there now anyway… so here it is Go Leafs….can't believe I said that 😂

  9. It’s not so much about Michkov being “there” for the Habs, but will he ever be “here”—aka Montreal. It’s a very tough situation for the young man. I certainly feel for him,but taking a first round chance on a player that may never join the organization is,quite frankly,a risk.

  10. A good consolation prise if laffs win, sorry I’ll take the 24th before cheering those guys. Let the hockey Gods decide

  11. Here's my take on prospects: they have to play as a team to win, so pull everyone we can onto Laval to build a team outside of this old style hockey going on in the NHL. Players learn the most relevant and newest trends from other young players. As a group, the chemistry between all these guys will be way ahead of the NHL style currently, just look at Seattle? We also need to promote Laval's players like Condotta, Teasdale etc, to get a return on the investment. Chief among them is Primo, 3 years of grooming him to be a starter can't be thrown away. Maybe a trade for Hart or to Philly, but he deserves a chance this year. Comments please..
