I think we're about to see the most wholesome series in NHL playoffs series. Two teams happy to see eachother in the second round, 2 fanbases also happy to see eachother and happy to be there.

No one should be surprised by those two teams.
Florida was a team that won the Presidents trophy last year. They still have a large core of those players left on their team.
Seattle had beaten Colorado several times this past season.

If a real life Panther were to get into a fight with a Maple Leaf, the Panther will win that fight very easily. Based on that logic, the Florida Panthers will in this.

Can't lead people that won't be lead by you. Leadership 101. A new coach might be able to find ways to get the best out of the players. Sutter could not Treliving spent a lot of money with little result. I was not surprised. Next step will be trade the players if a new coach can't get the performance from the players.
I thought Boston would run into trouble; I'm in the 60 game 76-77 Habs camp. And when folks start saying that one of the more recent teams is the best team of all time, I roll my eyes. They were great this year though and I didn't want to see it. Well, I'm a Leafs fan so I sort of did.

You know what you didn't say, (but the PK/PP element was really…ooof for my Panthers), is that the +/- for Boston was -28 as a team. Bergeron, injured yes, was -6 for the series. Florida….was a whopping +66 for the series against Boston. I think Fla limited Pasta and only Bertuzzi seemed to thrive. Coyle got lost after he got put down a group after Berg came back. It affected his play. That said, I can see Florida taking Toronto out of their game. Kinda disappointed the games don't start until Wednesday, they could use the extra day, but screw it, keep rolling Cats. Florida in 6. I see a monumental game from Barkov coming. He started to get rolling. Tkachuk will do his thing. Montour is the card I am not sure too many teams have an answer for because he sneaks up out of nowhere at times and just puts a dagger in your heart…with 59.3 s left to play before you move on. Fla in 6.
