I've been saying it from the beginning of the series. The Bruins' goaltending success was in the rotation of Ullmark and Swayman. That's what worked for them and the team. Then the not so bright GM wants to go back in time and be traditional. (You know it wasn't the coach.) They load up Ullmark with unaccustomed pressure (he knows it's the team, including Sway, and not just himself, that made him "great" in the regular season). And they disqualify Swayman, effectively benching him, with the understanding that he's "just not good enough to play in the playoffs, kid." Psychologically, the rotation was genius; changing it to a "starter" and a flunky "backup": pure stupidity…
