Matt Murray Finding His Game Down the Stretch

After allowing four goals on 26 shots in Saturday’s win, Matt Murray will get right back in on Monday when the Leafs host the Sabres. “There is a lot of hockey this week,” noted Sheldon Keefe. “Both goalies are going to play. But I do think it is important for Matt to get a little bit more consistency in the net rather than large gaps between starts.” The coach also revealed that Ilya Samsonov “is not quite at 100 per cent right now.”

  1. Where do you think Matt Murray's game is at?
Good enough to start Game 1 against Tampa or should the Maple Leafs have him back-up Ilya Samsonov?

  2. Murray was terrible the other night. Edmonton's 2nd, 3rd & 4th goals should not go in. He 100% needs to be the backup

  3. You don’t put a proven playoff performer as a backup. Dude won 2 cups back to back as a rookie and carried Pitt in 2018

  4. Matt Murray may have had some inconsistent plays against Edmonton, but Matt Murray is finding his groove again. He's not a quitter!

  5. He had a horrible game against the Oilers they were fortunate to score their way out of that 3-1 deficit

  6. lol you guys put this video out early its not april 1st for another two weeks 🤣🤣🤣
