go oilers!
Oilers bottom 6 is really underrated, just because in previous years, it was their big Achilles heel. But now guys like Kostin, Bjugstad and McLeod have really stepped up and contributed. Both Kostin and Bjugstad had multigoal games in the series vs LA and Kostin's was in a one-goal game that clinched the series for us.
McNabb is already skating with the team. He solo skated yesterday.
I think Skinner will be better this series. Maybe not a world beater but he really doesn't need to be. Obviously the main thing people remember from game 6 against LA was the goal from his stick breaking, but he made 40 saves that game including some really great scoring chances. He started playing better after getting pulled.
Did this man just say āearaāš¤£š¤£
The oilers have the advantage on D too most of us donāt even know half of Vegas defenceman
Jesse should not be allowed to speak about the Western Conference.
How did I know Jesse was going to crap on the oilers yet again. His takes on the oilers are always out to lunch. Still waiting for him to put some respect on their name. You can tell he wants oilers out so they donāt meet the leafs in the final. If the leafs even make it that farā¦
Oilers in 4. 3-0-1 in the regular season for Edmonton and their big guns are about to roll through them. I dont like Woodcroft playing McDavid abd Draisaitl together they ahould soread their depth but that line will cave in Eichel or Stones line.
I think itāll be a hard series for sure but I was more worried about the Kings, who were grown in a lab specifically to defeat the Oilers.
Oilers are going to the finals!
If im rating the best forwards in the series im going McDavid Draisaitl (big gap) Stone Eichel Nuge Kane Hyman then another big gap before getting to the rest of the players. I dont think Broissoit has much of a chance of holding off the tidal wave of high danger shots that are coming his way. Winnipeg completely gave up after losing the OT winner in game 3 and the Oilers are going to show them what an offensive juggernaut really looks like. Oilers in 6.
I agree with Adam (what is going on) I think the Jets were awful and that flattered the Golden Knights watching them regular season I was amazed they did what they did. I just think without the swoon in November and January the Oilers would have coasted past them and I am convinced their line up is built to beat them. (I was very afraid of the Kings and Avs so maybe I also fall into the trap of doubting Vegas.)
Oilers in 5 šššššš. April Fool's is over. KNIGHTS IN 6. GO KNIGHTS GO
if you are looking for surface level commentary on this series, you have come to the right place.
Iām not a Vegas fan but letās be honestā¦oilers got away with a lot during the LA series(not a kings fan either) and IMHO McDavid is the most protected player in the league. And because of those unfair advantages, oilers win the seriesā¦possibly the cup.
But honestly professional sports has been hard to watch/enjoy lately ever since corrupted officials have been caught over the past few years in football and basketball. I donāt believe any of its scripted like others doā¦but I wouldnāt be surprised.
