TLDR : Calling out some public figures who smeared PLD while not knowing much behind PLD’s motivations and dealings and how things went down. Says PLD is within his rights to negociate 1 year deals with Winnipeg. Says it’s the right time to bring PLD home considering our center position is in a better spot than 2 years ago, aka he won’t be perceived as the ‘saviour’. Says it should be celebrated that a guy like PLD wants to play for his childhood team.

Maybe we should make decisions on roster moves based on team needs rather than what language they speak.
If PLD was a anglo montrealer they wouldnt be pushing for him to come nearly as hard. After the draft we will have likely 3 top 6 centres we dont need to spend our best assets at a position we dont have a long term need at
