  1. Johnson tried to dodge the hit and put himself in a bad position to get hit. If he would have just taken the hit nothing would have happened. Neideriter has no history of dirty play and honestly if the wild were the monsters people say we are. Name one other dirty play by anyone on the wild in the last 5 years by anyone not named Cooke. It's not easy because it does not happen.

  2. First Stammer and then Tyler like come on does are center core just have bad luck I was really looking forward to a playoff push but unless Stammer comes back soon it's not looking good but I still got hope

  3. Unlucky situation for both players. Niederrieter obviously doesn't practice hitting, and Johnson couldn't get away in time. Just a messy play overall

  4. Ah yes and what did we learn this season? There's a reason why Minnesota is at the top, plays like no one even cares to bat an eye at.
If that was Gudas or Marchand people would be bitching for weeks. He gets away with so many intent knee on knees its ridiculous.

  5. I love it when people say Minnesota is a dirty team. Minnesota has not had a player suspended or fined in three years. I think that speaks for itself.

  6. Other two injuries were just flukes that happen during hockey, this injury was not an intentional dirty hit the wild are not a dirty team besides matt cooke but he's long gone. Niederreiter attempted to lead with his shoulder but missed because johnson was going fast and ended up catching him with his leg trying to slow him down. Not an intention to injure it's hockey please stop calling one of the cleanest teams him hockey dirty.
