Love Samsonov. You can tell he works hard and always gets beat up about the teams losses and blames himself. Cant change the past, on to the next Sammy. Your amazing and ur one of the biggest reasons why we came this far. Good luck ❤

Verghegy is a beast. Got to love when a goalie gives kudos to an opponent when they are beaten clean. I’ve seen that kind of shot beat great goalies. Similar shot to mcdavid and matthews.
Tough loss but I’m actually happy because it humbles the leafs. High octane gsme but it’s hard to have your foot on the gas 100%.
Need to get Willy going, I thought bunting was working hard. Could use a little more ice time. Bad pinch at the end of the second really cost the game

Leafs played a solid game, but weren't clicking completely. Liljegren should come out and Gustafsson should come back in. Lafferty should be back in the lineup at least here and there. I'd like to see Wayne Simmonds back in the lineup once in a while to add some more grit. Many of the recent additions to the Leafs added some toughness and Wayne would enhance that even more. Great to see the Leafs get past the first round.
Leaf fans content with this is sad. Keefe was out coached, McCabe failed to get back after taking a penalty and let Florida set up and score. Schenn and Rielly are the major bright spot.

This is a wake-up call. Florida beat the leafs in the checking game. Much more traffic and shots at Bob. Many leaf shots were at his chest.
