Really did u just say the Vikings settled for Jordon Addison. Thier is NO WR #1 on this draft class or previous Draft class dating back to 1998.. Justin Jefferson is WR #1. Also Addison is WR#1 In the 2023 draft class. His rout running is the best in the class.
I 💜 Mekhi Blackmon and Jay Ward pick in the rounds they were picked and the ability to move him around at safety and CB. Also the 7th round pick is awsome. I don't think he competes for RB#1 but Ty Chandler will need to stay healthy abd compete which is a good thing. I love competion for these roles.
Luke's right and it's been my biggest gripe about drafting Addison: he's not a #1 and will likely never be a #1 and you don't spend a first round pick on a WR unless he's a #1.
What do you know about Ringo's personality/personal issues. I bet that came into play with our decision not to select hime.

You don't know if players will pan out in minimum 4 or 5 years…..maybe longer? Huh? Third year, that's when you know for sure if a player's going to make it and if a draft was good, bad, or somewhere in between. Some guys flame out after year 2 (Ex. Zach Wilson).
i think addison was KOC's guy not so much kwesi. and until any of kwesis guys step up in big games, (booth, cine, evans) i dont even want to know who kwesi was considering trading back for.
KC won a super bowl with some rookie corners. i trust now we have a competent DC in flores that he will know who to put on the field at what positions. At the end of the day Kirk is still the highest paid player on team, and for any man who understands principles, with great power comes great responsibility. it all falls back on him to get us past the first round or not. Mahomes got to a superbowl without an offensive line for anyone who wants to use that excuse.
