The lack of heads popping off is disappointing, but I still adore it.

Love how you got the ref clocking Rielly in there

  3. Felt like that was their first game where they weren’t nervous of playing. I wasn’t nervous watching, excited to enjoy a good fast paced game.

Yeah we didn’t get the W. Fist game of the SERIES… some fans need to realize that we’re not sweeping any team or not going to loose a couple during this run.

Controlled the game for the most part, laid some big hits which will keep the Panthers in check going for pucks and making plays during this series.

If they scored on one of those early PP, whole game would have changed and would of had the win. Few unlucky bounces and Bob had 10+ amazing saves. I really can’t se him doing that for every game this series.

I’m still pumped about this round! So should all Leafs fans!

Leafs in 6!! ~ maybe 5, fingers crossed

  4. I’m loving the bone crunching hits by Schenn and McCabe. Especially on Tkachuk. Keep them coming.

Would you rather lose like we did last night or have a beloved player (like Marner or Nylander) break out in a huge way, but still lose in OT like Dallas?

Same story as most of the year IMO. Leafs played well for the most part but a few sloppy mental mistakes got them down early.

Then the Leafs D/forwards get too aggressive, overcommit in the offensive zone and cause an odd man rush/breakaway the other way.

They still have not learned to be patient and force teams to play their game. Team is not ready for the cup yet ….

LOL @ linesman taking out Rielly!!! That was just straight up bizarre, like… GET THE FUCK OUT OF THE WAY!!!!

A lot different of a series than TB.

Much quicker pace. Adjustments need to be made.

Anyone else concerned that Mitch Marner seems stuck out on the perimeter? I know he has points but it seems like he doesn’t want to go anywhere near anything physical. Linemates in the left corner winning puck battles. Marner out at the blue line to the right, doing what? If the Leafs are going to win, Marner needs to get more engaged.
